DIPLOMA COURSE IN INDUSTRIAL SAFETY

The Institution approached The Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra State and has been recognised & permitted to conduct the Diploma Course in Industrial Safety as per the syllabus approved by the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. The Institution has been conducting regular Diploma Courses at Bombay since the academic year 1982-83.

Besides the regular Diploma Course, the Institution has also conducted Special Diploma Courses for industrial establishments of repute such as M/s. Siemens Ltd., M/s. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., The National Textile Corporation Ltd., a Government of India undertaking, and one outside Bombay at Panaji, Goa. The Institution is planning and is in a position to conduct such recognised Diploma Courses at several centers all over the
country.

ACTIVITIES

The Institution has been organising Safety Conferences, Safety Seminars and Safety Training Programmes for all levels of management, supervisors & workers. Safety Audits, Safety Surveys, Risk and Hazard Analysis, Preparation of On Site Emergency Plan, Preparation of Health & Safety Policy are the most important activities of the Institution, which are conducted actively and effectively. The charges for these services are very low and meagre. The Institution offers advice on all matters of Safety, Health and Environment and effective advice on Implementation of Statutory Provisions to any industrial establishment seeking the same.
